Colleagues:
We look forward to hosting the 2017 Colonial Group Arts & Sciences Deans Meeting here in New Orleans, Louisiana. The meeting will be on Saturday March 4, 2017 on the Tulane University Uptown Campus. The meeting will open with a dinner on Friday March 3, 2017 at the Tulane President’s mansion, Two Audubon Place.

For Friday March 3, 2017, fifteen rooms have been blocked at the official meeting hotel, Parkview Guest House. The Parkview is a historic Uptown New Orleans Inn that overlooks Audubon Park and is conveniently located across the street from Tulane University on the St. Charles Avenue Streetcar Line.
You will be responsible for making your hotel reservations and also providing your own transportation to and from the airport.

Taxi cabs are required to offer credit-card payment options, and have a flat $36 rate to or from the airport for 1-2 passengers. The airport taxi stand is on the lower level, across from the baggage claim area. Attendees who wish to take a cab from the Tulane Uptown campus back to the airport may wish to call one of the larger services such as UnitedCab. United Cab can also be reached at 504-522-9771.
